Your neighborhood of West End

Tequila Jack’s

A beachfront spot at Brisas del Mar known for casual food, cocktails, and sunset views. It’s a great place to gather after a day on the water, with live music and a relaxed island atmosphere. This is your onsite watering hole and restaurant.

Tita’s Pink Seahorse

A small, colorful beach bar tucked at the end of the trail. Very quiet, like a Caribbean beach bar should be. Expect simple drinks, friendly locals, and laid-back sunset energy with games like cornhole right in the sand. To get there, walk down to the beach at Brisas, take a left, and walk approximately 100 yards. It’s located under the trees. Sometimes no one is there, sometimes there is. Part of the charm.

Seawiches Cafe

A boho-style café offering coffee, kombucha (our go-to location), and plant-forward food by day, with cocktails and ocean views in the evening. A popular stop for lighter fare and relaxed waterfront seating.

Roatán Chocolate Factory

Part shop, part educational stop, this local favorite offers tours that explain cacao production, along with handcrafted chocolate bars and truffles. A quick and worthwhile break from the beach. Bring some chocolate home for friends and family (or keep it all to yourself!).

Booty Bar

Built over the water, Booty Bar shifts from a mellow daytime hangout to a livelier evening scene. Known for sunset views, food, and a tropical atmosphere without feeling overdone. Great food, and even better music.

West End Divers

One of the most established dive shops in West End, offering reef dives, certifications, and beginner-friendly experiences. Small groups and easy access to nearby dive sites make it a reliable choice.

Sandy Buns

A breakfast and lunch favorite serving baked goods and tasty comfort food. Best known for oversized cinnamon rolls and an easygoing morning vibe. Perfect spot to hit for a quick breakfast sandwich between dives.

Roa Market

A convenient grocery stop in West End for snacks, drinks, and essentials. Clean, well-stocked, and easy for visitors needing quick supplies during their stay.

Thai Blue Elephant

An Asian-fusion restaurant with waterfront dining and sunset views. Known for Thai classics, seafood dishes, and a relaxed (sometimes almost too relaxed 🙂 ) but polished evening setting.

Ginger’s Caribbean Grill

A casual Caribbean restaurant with an over-water deck and strong sunset views. Offers local flavors, cold drinks, and a calm end-of-day atmosphere. The wings are incredible. Nice little beach area to grab a cocktail, overlooking Half  Moon Bay.

Half Moon Bay

A crescent-shaped beach with calm, clear water ideal for swimming, excellent snorkeling (left and right sections, away from boat traffic in the middle), and paddleboarding. Easily walkable to nearby cafes, bars, and shops, making it a central gathering spot in West End. There is also a small sunken sub and a rope swing boat (fun!).

Mila del Mar at The Beach House

An upstairs restaurant overlooking Half Moon Bay, offering seafood and elevated beach dining. A quieter and slightly more upscale alternative to beach bars with expansive views and a steady breeze.

Sundowners Bar

A longtime West End staple known for sunset views, casual drinks, and a post-dive favorite. Simple, very laid back, and easy to linger longer than planned. Often hosts live music.

Argentine Grill

A waterfront restaurant specializing in grilled meats and hearty portions. A good option for a more filling meal while still enjoying ocean views. There are a couple of tables right on the beach – reserve early.
