We are excited to welcome guest teacher Nicky Dawda to Zenergy Yoga Retreats. Nicky started practicing yoga as a child in India and has since become a highly experienced instructor. He holds a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification from New York and has completed many hours of advanced training. Nicky is also part of the team at Sun Yoga in Roatan. In his Power Vinyasa classes, he focuses on precise alignment and breathwork, ending each session with deep stretching for a well-rounded practice. Nicky is committed to making yoga accessible for everyone and offers different pose options for all experience levels.
Zenergy Yoga Retreats is delighted to feature Cass, an experienced yoga teacher and Reiki Master who brings decades of personal exploration to her classes. She leads sessions in vinyasa flow, power, restorative, and yin yoga, and often weaves Reiki healing into her teaching. Cass believes yoga is a universal tool for self-discovery, helping people connect with themselves just as they are. She continues to grow in her own practice alongside her students, showing a true commitment to lifelong learning both on and off the mat.
We’re excited to introduce Courtney Blankenship, our friend and the Shop Manager at West End Divers. She’ll be coordinating the “PADI Discover Scuba Course” for our guests. Courtney grew up in Minnesota and has a degree in Marine Vertebrate Biology. She has years of teaching experience and now works as the Activities Coordinator on Roatan. Courtney knows the local reefs well and is a certified Scuba Instructor, so you’ll be in good hands for a safe and memorable dive. Her knowledge of the island’s waters makes her a great guide for anyone wanting to explore the ocean during their stay.
