Travel, Arrival, and Logistics
The Participant (“Guest”) is solely responsible for booking their own travel, including international flights, local transfers, and ensuring appropriate arrival timing. Zenergy LLC recommends arriving with sufficient buffer time to account for potential airline delays, missed connections, or weather disruptions.

Travel Insurance Recommendation
Roatán is an island destination where unexpected changes (flight disruptions, weather events, illness) can occur. Zenergy LLC strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance including:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption.
  • Medical coverage abroad and emergency medical evacuation.
  • Coverage for lost baggage, delays, and missed connections.
  • Water Activity Coverage: Specific coverage for snorkeling, swimming, boating, and “scuba discovery” dives if participating.
